Dream Water “Bedtime Plus-One” Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Dream Water “Bedtime Plus-One” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Delivra Health Brands, located at  Suite 404, 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC, V6C 3E2 (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 17, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor’s computer or designated timekeeping system is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia, and Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who are at least the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other parties involved in the development or administration of the Giveaway, as well as members of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

The nominated/tagged friend must also meet the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules in order to receive a prize.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Dream Water Instagram and/or Facebook Giveaway post and comment by tagging or nominating a friend who could use better sleep support.

To enter:

1.      Comment on the official Giveaway post; and

2.      Tag or nominate one eligible friend as your “bedtime plus-one.”

You may enter once per day, per account during the Giveaway Period. Multiple comments or tags submitted from the same account on the same calendar day will count as one entry only.

Entries that are incomplete, automated, generated by script, fraudulent, inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Entrants should not tag or identify anyone inaccurately or without a reasonable belief that the person would be interested in being nominated.

5. Alternative Method of Entry

To enter without using a Meta platform, send an email to customercare@delivrahealth.com during the Giveaway Period with the subject line “Dream Water Bedtime Plus-One Giveaway Entry.”

The email must include:

·         Your full name

·         Your email address

·         Your state/province of residence

·         Confirmation that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction

·         The full name and email address of your nominated friend

Limit one email entry per person per day. Email entries must be received by August 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

6. Prize

One winner and their nominated/tagged friend will each receive one Dream Water Sleep Package.

Each Dream Water Sleep Package has an approximate retail value of $100+. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $200+.

Prize contents may include Dream Water products and/or related sleep-support items, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection

On or around August 26, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The selected winner’s nominated/tagged friend will also be eligible to receive a Dream Water Sleep Package, provided that the friend satisfies the eligibility requirements and completes any required winner verification steps.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by direct message, comment reply, email, or another method determined by Sponsor.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate potential winner.

The nominated/tagged friend may also be required to respond, verify eligibility, and provide shipping information within the timeframe specified by Sponsor.

For Canadian residents, the potential winner and/or nominated friend may be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.

9. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be shipped to confirmed winners at the mailing addresses provided during winner verification.

Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, returned as undeliverable, or damaged in transit due to circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Please allow 6–8 weeks for prize fulfillment after winner confirmation.

10. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform restrictions, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, social media handle, city/state/province, likeness, image, and/or submitted content for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and comply with legal requirements. Information may also be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.delivrahealthbrands.com/

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim, liability, injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or receipt of any prize.

14. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, or other taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting and using the prize.

15. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Winners List

To request the name of the confirmed winner, send an email to customercare@delivrahealth.com with the subject line “Dream Water Bedtime Plus-One Giveaway Winner Request” within 30 days after the Giveaway ends.

17. Short Rules Disclosure for Social Captions
